Friends of Druitt Gardens AGM
Friends and Supporters
We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 22nd July. We will meet at Druitt Hall - entry for us to set up will be from 7 pm as there is a prior group using the hall but we will endeavour to have a prompt start once we have the chairs set out and you have helped yourself to tea/coffee and biscuits.
The agenda will be as follows:

- Last year's Minutes / Matters Arising
- Chair's Report
- Treasurer's Report
- Secretary / Membership Report
- Election of Officers

Committee members: Medi Bernard, Jennie Simpson and Judith Thomas- Any Other Business
As you can see, your current committee members have all expressed a willingness to continue for a further year but if you would like to be nominated to join our small committee please let me know at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
In May, two Councillors were selected to act as liaison between FoDG and Christchurch Town Council and we are hoping they will join us at the AGM.
We are very keen to share with you what has been achieved in the gardens this past year by our amazing team of volunteers and listen to any suggestions members have for the coming year.
Many thanks to those of you who set up a standing order or sent through your membership fee by bank transfer - it is much appreciated. If you have yet to join the Friends an application form is attached or please tick the box for renewing your membership, if appropriate. There will be copies on the night if you don't have easy access to a printer. Please note that only votes from FoDG members can be recorded at the AGM. Post can be left for FoDG in the Druitt Hall letterbox.
Peter and the volunteers can be found in the gardens most Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings and we hope to see you in July. If you are able to join us for the AGM please RSVP to help us gauge numbers for refreshments.
