NHS Dorset and a number of health agencies, including BCP Council want your opinion on mental health support. They have created a survey to gather feedback and improve information and awareness - the survey is anonymous and closes on the 8th June.

Dorset has a wide range of open-access mental health services, but we know people don’t always know what support is available or where to turn when they need help.
We want to change that.
We're running a short survey to better understand awareness of local mental health support, the barriers that might stop people reaching out for help, and how people look for information on mental health services.
The feedback will help us improve information and awareness across Dorset, making it easier for people to find the right support at the right time.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and every response will help us build a clearer picture of what we can do to help.
